Orlando, Fla.-- Massey Communications is proud to
announce that Sultana Ali, Account Executive, Business Development, has been
accepted to the Master’s Program of Professional Studies in Strategic Public
Relations at the George Washington University Graduate School of Political
Management.
Ali, who received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2003, will begin
online coursework for her graduate degree in January 2010. She anticipates
graduating from GWU in December 2012.
“I have wanted to pursue my graduate education for a
long time but needed to find the right school with the right program that would
take me to the next level in my career,” said Ali. “George Washington
University is one of the
top universities in the nation. When I found out they had introduced a graduate
program in strategic public relations with emphasis on both public policy and
the private sector, I knew I had to apply. The best part is that the program is
entirely online, so I never have to leave my laptop to get a world-class
education!”
According to GWU’s web site, the Strategic Public
Relations Master’s Program “takes an innovative approach to building
professional credentials that will position graduates to excel in this
challenging profession.” Students will “master core public relations skills and
the practical application of strategic thinking.”

Disney Scholar and Florida Academic Scholar, Sultana graduated from University
of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business
Marketing and a minor in Political Science. At UCF, she was recognized with the
J.C. Aspley award and scholarship. In her limited free time, she enjoys singing,
rock climbing, adventurous sports and activities, and traveling.
